Five Attempts On Four Saxophones

"Five Attempts On Four Saxophones" are short studies for saxophone quartet on single techniques, which are presented in different themes, which each consist of a special embouchure-fingering-articulationsequence. They all have in common, that either the same fingerings auf den unterschiedlichen Saxophongrößen (soprano, alto, tenor and baritone) are used, or the (approximate) same result of sound of different instruments is aimed. The order of the movements can be choosen deliberately.
